Employees in Norwegian companies must speak Norwegian

At Møre Cod Fish at Bud, all employees must speak Norwegian. Currently the Norwegian course is run and teacher is Per Sigmund Henøen. General manager Frank Drågen says that all employees who do not master Norwegian are encouraged to learn this. A very important part of the course is to learn words and expressions from production, around HSE, about self-control (HACCP) and other important areas.

The course is a collaboration with us in the Marint Kompetansesenter and the funds come from Kompetanse Norge.

Companies that are interested in Norwegian courses for their employees should contact us. New application round comes in the autumn.
